Annmarie Waite is a Licensed Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and a certified childbirth educator. She is interested most in working with women to create physical and emotional health. She is available for private and group consultation for childbirth (with and without interventions); and feminine intelligence workshops for effective lifestyle changes.
She holds a bachelors and a master's degree in Nursing from the University of Miami, and completed her residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Additionally, she has served abroad in South East Asia as a travel nurse.
She holds membership with Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, and the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses.
She is the CEO and founder of Girlfriends Health and Girlfriends Guild. She is also the co-leader for Brevard Birth Network, promoting healthy natural birth.
She is married and has 2 grown children. She likes to travel, loves to have karaoke parties, enjoys theater, and thinks cardiovascular exercise is fun.
