Birthing From Within is a holistic class series for expectant parents who are hungry for nourishing and practical birthing preparation.  It is intended to support families and single mothers birthing in any setting: at hospital, home, or birthing center.  Labor, birth, and parenting are deeply explored through dynamic discussion and unique hands-on processes.  Learn how to fully experience your pregnancy and birth, and navigate a modern technological birth culture with savvy.
