She has worked as a Lactation Counselor for breastfeeding counseling and support. She has several years of experience in NICU. She has 2 children whom she breastfed for a total of 3 ½ yrs. Christy Lyn is a trained postpartum Doula who has been certified through DONA since 2013. She is certified in CPR. Christy’s role as a doula is to help you execute your plan, rather than create it. Her services are tailored to your family’s needs. In addition to postpartum care for families, she also provides ante-partum services for moms who have been advised to be on bed rest or who just need a little more help around the home or with family before giving birth.

Katina Bolton has a BS degree in Health Science, Behavioral/Social Science and Education. She holds three American Council on Exercise (ACE) certifications, Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Medical Specialist. She is also certified as a Master Trainer through AAAI/ISMA, and certified in fitness and sports nutrition, youth Fitness, training older populations, and sports conditioning. She is a certified suspension bodyweight Trainer (SBT. Katina is trained to do nutritional counseling for adolescents and young adults; she is also a member of the US registry of Exercise Professionals.
