We will help you choose an obstetrician/nurse midwife and prepare you for what to expect during your prenatal visits including prenatal testing and procedures. We will discuss prenatal health and nutritional needs including diet, weight management, heartburn, nausea, vomiting and constipation. We will also cover sexuality and bedrest during pregnancy.
