Change does not have to be hard.

Healthy Heart

FOR WOMEN AT RISK

Our Healthy Heart program is for women with a higher risk of heart disease due to experiencing Preeclampsia, HELLP Syndrome, hypertension, or a family history of heart disease, or those in high-stress work environments.

This program customizes a health and wellness plan to help women today avoid heart disease, which is the #1 killer of women in the U.S. It is estimated that 50% of women in leadership roles are affected by burnout, which activates the body’s psychological stress response. When these two things are combined, they act as a trigger that can have serious and damaging effects on the heart.

Everyone’s journey to better health is unique. It’s about figuring out what works best for you. Taking care of your heart can be as easy as ABC, and our Healthy Heart program helps you live to the beat of your heart.

Together we will create practical strategic solutions that get sustainable results to help you thrive.

This program is for you, if...

  • You've experienced Preeclampsia, HELLP syndrome or hypertension during pregnancy or postpartum

  • You're a woman working in a high-stress environment facing burnout

  • You've had heart issues or due to genetics, you're at risk for heart disease

  • You want to prevent heart disease and take control of your health and life today

Did you know?

  • Preeclampsia doubles your risk of heart disease and stroke, and quadruples your risk of high blood pressure later in life.

  • More than 50% of women in leadership positions consistently feel burned out.

  • Women who engage in healthy behaviors can decrease their chance of a heart attack by 92%.

  • Women can lose more weight on a primarily plant-based diet without limiting calories or proteins.

  • An accountability partner (like a health coach) makes you 65% - 95% more likely to succeed. [Source: See Statistics]
