Take the Wheel: 7 Habits to Drive Your Health


You are in the driver's seat of your health. That means you don’t have to wait for a wake-up call

or a diagnosis to make a change—you can choose wellness right now.

True health is more than just numbers on a chart. It’s the daily choices we make that either fuel

our energy and joy—or quietly drain it. Here are 7 simple but powerful habits that can help you

feel more grounded, vibrant, and connected:

1. Ground Yourself

Touch the earth—literally. Walk barefoot on the grass or sand for 10 minutes. Grounding can

calm your nervous system, reduce inflammation, and reconnect you with the present moment.


2. Meditate

Just five minutes of stillness a day can transform your mind. Meditation trains your brain to

pause before reacting, to breathe through stress, and to come back to your center.


3. Supplement with Vitamin D

Many of us are deficient in this vital nutrient. Vitamin D supports mood, immunity, and bone

health. A simple blood test can guide proper supplementation—talk to your provider.


4. Take a Break from Social Media

Step away from the scroll. Even one tech-free hour a day can reduce comparison, anxiety, and mental clutter—giving your spirit room to breathe.


5. Prioritize Sleep

Sleep is your body’s repair time. No phone, no caffeine late in the day, and a regular bedtime can work wonders. Protect your rest like it's sacred—because it is.


6. Sweat It Out

Move your body daily—walk, dance, stretch, or work out. Sweating helps detoxify the body,

elevates mood, and boosts circulation. It doesn’t have to be perfect; it just has to happen.


7. Petition Divine Love

Whether you call it prayer, intention, or asking Spirit—start your day by calling in divine love

and support. Ask for what you need, and trust that help is available in seen and unseen ways.
