What Is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a fully guided breathwork journey that combines intentional breathing with sound, music, affirmations, and subconscious coaching. By engaging multiple dimensions of your experience at once — physical, emotional, mental, and energetic — the breath becomes a bridge to deep release, clarity, and calm. Instead of talking through what’s wrong, your body leads the process and releases what it’s ready to let go of.

  • You’re navigating midlife transitions or personal growth

  • You struggle with quiet meditation

No prior breathwork experience is needed.

MEET ME

Dr. Annmarie Waite 

Hi, I’m Dr. Annmarie Waite, most people recognize me for my Ph.D. in nursing, my role as a women’s health Nurse Practitioner, and my career as a Nursing Professor.

 

But what many don’t know is that I once battled such deep insecurity that I couldn’t even name three things I liked about myself. There was a time when self-doubt clouded my aspirations and fear kept me from letting my inner light shine. That quiet, persistent voice telling me I wasn’t enough felt impossible to escape. If you’ve ever felt that internal tug of fear, that voice holding you back; I’ve been there too.

Through 9D Breathwork, I guide individuals in reconnecting with their body and nervous system to support emotional regulation, clarity, and self-trust. This neuro-sensory approach facilitates the release of unhelpful patterns while helping individuals reconnect with deeper aspects of themselves that may have been long suppressed. 

 

I offer 9D Breathwork sessions in a safe, trauma-informed settings, both in person and online; creating space for healing, nervous system regulation, and personal restoration. This work is not about fixing yourself, but about returning to your authentic self.

Pregnancy

•    Epilepsy or seizure disorders
•    Severe cardiovascular disease or recent heart events
•    Uncontrolled high blood pressure
•    History of aneurysm or stroke
•    Severe respiratory conditions
•    Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or active psychosis


If you have asthma, anxiety, PTSD, or are currently under medical or psychological care, please reach out prior to participating so we can determine if this experience is supportive for you.
You are always in control of your breath. You may slow down, pause, or stop at any time.
